Submission Preparation ChecklistAs part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submitted paper has not been previously published, nor is it submitted to another journal for consideration.
The submitted paper is PRINT READY, i.e. proofread, and accompanied by an Abstract in English, articulating the aims, the main theses and the novelty of the paper. The abstract should include also at least 5 keywords.
The submitted paper is accompanied by a bio-biographical note including name, address, institutional affiliation, academic degree and position, and main publications.
The submission is under the author's real name. Submitting a paper under a pseudonym will lead to an automatic rejection of the manuscript for the reason of using a fake personality.
The text is in Microsoft Word format, double-spaced, uses a 12-point font, and employs only regular, bold and italics; NO UNDERLINING (!).
All citations are given as INLINE citations and not as footnotes (!) with bibliographic References as an A-Z list at the end of the paper, both in accordance to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines above.
The footnotes are provided only as brief explanations no more than 5 lines.
Quotations of a text in foreign language are made according to a published translation, i.e. no own translations allowed! Published translations have to be used even they seem not to be perfect; inexact or wrong translations can be modified and commented in a footnote. In case that a work has not been translated, it is better to paraphrase the author than to offer own translations.
The instructions for Blind Review have been followed.
All charts should be submitted as jpg, png or gif file and have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Charts with lower resolution cannot be printed and will be rejected.
The submitted paper does not include photographs.
After acceptation of the paper, the author has to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement granting to Labyrinth and Axia Academic Publishers the exclusive copyrights for the online and printed editions, and to deal with reprint requests from third parties. On special occasions, articles and studies published in Labyrinth may be republished in textbooks or collective works of Axia Academic Publishers as well as translated and published in other languages.
